It pays to be a woman—literally. BVG launched the world’s first women’s ticket to highlight the gender pay gap. On Equal Pay Day, women could travel for 21% less, sparking widespread debate across Germany. The campaign made headlines on all major German news broadcasts and was picked up internationally. Sie note: we had just five weeks from client approval to Equal Pay Day to deliver a 360° campaign, including online, social, and OOH assets, a redesigned ticket machine , and all preparations for the Equal Pay Day stunt.
